Cancellation/Reschedule Policy

A Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express credit card is required to hold your appointment(s). We observe strict privacy policies and will not disclose this information to any other party. Your credit card number will be securely kept in your history file.

Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, your credit card on file will be charged the cancellation fee up to $150. If you miss your scheduled appointment without notifying us ahead of time, the service will be considered rendered and you will be charged the cancellation fee.

Your time is just as valuable to us as our own, and we understand there are always emergency situations that have to be taken into account, which is why we appreciate your communication with us. If you have any questions or concerns feel free to call us at 978-846-6807.

Package Policy

All package purchases are non-refundable. If you’re unable to use the remaining credits from your package, you have the option to apply them towards other treatments or products at their regular, full price.

Example: Prepaid packages are typically discounted. A package of 3 that may be discounted to $2500 that is normally $1000 per treatment (savings of $500). If you use/ complete one treatment and do not want to use the remaining treatments, you will have a service credit of $1500 towards another treatment in our office.

Gift Cards

Available for purchase online via square. Gift Cards are non-refundable and have no expiration date. Lost or stolen Gift Cards will not be replaced or refunded. Gift Card holders are solely responsible for the security and use of their Gift Cards.

Return/Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on treatments or refunds on products purchased.

Late Arrival Policy

Please be aware that your appointments are secure for a specific allotted amount of time to perform the treatment or procedure. If you are running more than 15 minutes late we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and a cancellation fee will be charged.

Alle/Aspire policy

It is the responsibility of the client to verify that their points are either awarded or redeemed during the checkout process. Reward points will be awarded specifically for the product that was received during your treatment.
